The best part about One Central Hotel is its convenient location in the downtown area, close to Colon Street, shopping malls, and many city attractions. Their buffet breakfast also offers a wide variety of delicious choices. The hotel is affordable and a great option for travellers who want to experience Cebu city life while staying within their budget. One Central Hotel is definitely a practical and budget-friendly place to stay.

The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was a bit outdated, but it was fine for a quick one night stay. The swimming on the rooftop has a nice view.

The breakfast was good. Air conditioning didn’t work great - someone came and fixed it, but still wasn’t cold! Staff were friendly. The day we left I woke up with tons of bites on my arms, legs and stomach. I honestly think I got bed bugs here.
