Would recommend cordis truely lovely the staff are so helpful friendly food really good the boys at the valet my favourite good banter the pool spa and gym so good if you like a bit of old school this is for you

Solo stay

Repeat customer. Excellent overall experience with amenities & everything in one place if you so choose to not have to leave the property. Very comfortable beds & spacious room in the pinnacle tower. My only issue was the very slow kitchen service at Our Land bar/ restaurant on site, the waitress & bartending was great but let down by the kitchen- not for the first time in my experiences.

This hotel is without doubt a favourite. 5 star everything. We stayed 3 nights in Club King and it was amazing. Room had complimentary snacks drinks and ice cream. Club food was sensational. The bed was so comfortable didnt want to leave. Breakfast was phenomenal so many choices including Chocolate fondue! Free shuttle bus to downtown areas makes this hotel location perfect. Thank you we will stay again.

For business

Valet was rude, we stood there and waited for someone to help us. Then in check-in the guy told us they didn’t have to do the Expedia rewards and he was basically doing us favour, was a very odd thing to say. Then we got to room and there was old food in the fridge and bathroom had toothpaste all over it.

Can’t go wrong with this place it’s fantastic. I tried a salmon meal from the restaurant and I will definitely be having it again. One of the best meals ever. Very highly recommended place.

Great
It is a gorgeous hotel. Staff is different . The check-in was good, but later it was a discovery that a room has a spare door which was lock. I request another room. So, later on there was some hustle. Which is wasted my lovely time. I am a retired person and would like to enjoy my time
