Great location. Yummy breakfast, central to shopping. We got a car and parking is a bit pricy at 850 per night and no flexibility of going in and out during the day. On second thought, should have returned the car before staying in the hotel. Otherwise everything is perfect with the hotel. Will definitely stay there again.

Solo stay

The hotel is attached to Okayama station, which is very convenient. It took me a little bit of time to locate the entrance to the hotel, which is attached to the same building that the Gu store is in. The hotel itself is well maintained, and the room was clean. The hotel offered good amenities and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I forgot that I had a breakfast and so didn't experience this (which was entirely my fault!) so I cannot comment on the breakfast experience.

Wonderful staff and breakfast. However the pillows are rock hard with beads so very uncomfortable and smell of strong smoke as you enter reception due to the smoking room as first impression.

Perfect location, awesome view from the 13th floor, and double glazing keeps it nice and quiet considering it's above the train station (with occasional but non-intrusive muffled train station noises sometimes filtering through). The breakfast is great and has an awesome outlook over the local platforms. The rooms are compact but remain accessible. The pillows are firm and 'feather/pipe straw' style, but surprisingly comfortable with no sore neck or back the next morning.

Clean room and bathroom. Use the lift next to GU to the 5th floor (receptionist). Breakfast very good. Vegetarian option available. Restaurants are plenty downstairs. Supermarket or snacks or 7 11 Will stay again next time.
