Perfect location to explore Nha Trang. The staff are all very professional and friendly. The room was spacious and has the perfect view over the beach, the hotel has a tunnel to the beach so that we don't have cross the busy road. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom, there were some visible stains on the floor, and water dripping from the bath. The house keeping team helped clean them up when we asked for a deep clean, and the reception team was willing to change the room for us if the bathroom could not be fix per our request.

Good location. Good value for money but a very busy hotel, long time for checkin, queuing for lifts. The hotel is tired and needs some renovation. The breakfast buffet is massive, loads of Asian and western food although best to go there as early as possible as it gets busy and crowded. Don’t go there for a relaxing moment…

We don’t use the spa and swimming pool,overall is valuable for what we pay, breakfast is good . We have free upgrade which is good , the suit room have magnificent view. Thanks
