The accommodations were excellent. The room was spacious. airport shuttle service to and from the hotel was very convenient, and the complimentary breakfast buffet was an added bonus.

Solo stay

The hotel is slightly away from any stores, but the room I had was huge and amply furnished. It's good if your passing through, and the breakfast isn't large but had good offerings. They offer a free airport shuttle. I would stay here again. If you are in town for an extended time, you might want to find a hotel with more amenities. I think it has value for the business traveler.

Beakfest was great with a wide variety of options and I had no complaints. I'm a hard person to please. Love the security that was outside of the hotel. Great room that was clean with friendly staff. Did not do laundry.

Solo stay

The room is room. The staff are professional. The breakfast is ok too. I didn’t avail the laundry service. I should mention a couple of things: 1. The hotel is noisy, I could hear voices from other rooms or in the hallway. 2. They don’t read the messages I sent when I request for the shuttle service to pick me up from the airport.

Great

Solo stay

The location is perfect for travelers who flies out of Mactan. The property has a shuttle to bring you to the airport even on a very early flight. I was in the airport at 4a.m. The hotel offers also to go breakfast day prior my trip which was thoughtful, but I declined - too early. As to accommodation -size of the room is perfect and clean, the only concern is the tv does not totally shut off in the evening, I have to unplug it - I might not know how to shut it off. The other concern I had was the shower head - needs cleaning, water does not flow as needed. Free breakfast - coffee and Filipino dishes were available. I suggest cereal and donuts be available for those who do not eat heavy in the morning. Staff - very respectful and attentive. I highly recommend this Hotel, priced reasonably for a great service!
