Our stay at Relais Spa was absolutely wonderful. We could not fault the staff, cleanliness, food or our fantastic suite. Loved every moment of being there and are planning on returning next year!

The morning shift was not to good after a 12hr flight all we wanted was to check in we got there about 30min before check in time they asked us to wait a bit we sat in the lobby for 1hr and the girls in the front desk never let us know our room was ready if i would have never got up from the chair and asked we they would have never let us know our room has been ready…however the night shift was AMAZING they were very helpful, informative, kind and knowledgeable and very fast at picking us up and taking us to Disneyland

Hotel is perfect location for Disney and shopping transfers to Disney was a fantastic service, rooms and pool amazing however, although the breakfast offered a decent choice there were days when several breakfast items were not available, which left limited options despite the breakfast still being available for several hours. The hotel staff were helpful and pleasant but that did not extend to restaurant staff who were very unhelpful which was the only issue we had with the hotel. Despite this I would totally recommend and would not hesitate to stay there again in the future

Very convenient room for Disneyland Paris. The free shuttle (on demand) is a real plus. And the Kitchenette is perfect for small meals or snacks which was great for us with a two year old. One day we were left without any towels but otherwise very good and would stay again.

Hotel is a great location for Disneyland. Rooms are nice and clean and shuttle service is great. Wouldn’t recommend the breakfast however, selection is poor and food is cold. Other than that the hotel itself is lovely!

Hotel free Shuttle services to Disney very good and reliable. Breakfast choice very good and plentiful Swimming pool a great way to relax after a day in the park!! Only negative was the barman in the hotel bar needed some help in cleaning tables and serving we had 35mims wait for drinks on two separate occasions, waiters bringing food should clear tables and check if you’ve got everything you need!

Great location for shopping and Disneyland Paris. Shuttle was a very nice Bonus! Great Reception, friendly and helpful. Super clean room with nicely appointed kitchen. Daily maid service was excellent. I will book again for sure!

Loved the family room with the dividing doors between bedrooms as that afforded us some privacy as-well as much needed space for the kids. The indoor pool was lovely and kids really enjoyed the ambience. The hotel is close to Disneyland parks. It was a bonus that the hotel offers free transport to and from the parks whenever this was needed.
