Stayed with kids

The location was great. The carpet had stains on it. You can see the wear and tear of the washroom even where the main room is. I would only stay again because of the location. Some staffs are friendly, and some would completely ignore you. And if you approach them with a question, they looked irritated that you asked them a question. This is my honest review of the Lotte Hotel Seoul. For a five star they can definitely do a lot better.

Solo stay

Wonderful Staff, but Severe Maintenance and Management Issues I want to start by praising the hotel staff—everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly, respectful, and highly qualified in customer service. They truly do their best. Unfortunately, the hotel suffers from severe maintenance shortcomings. During my stay, the internet was highly unreliable, and the shower room in my initial room was completely non-functional. Because of these persistent technical issues, I was forced to change rooms three times over a three-night stay. Packing and moving was highly frustrating and disruptive. Plus I lost the activity schedule,.. While the staff is excellent, the lack of property upkeep points to poor administration and management. I hope the leadership team addresses these infrastructure issues soon.

The room was clean, spacious, and well designed. The staff were very friendly. The hotel lobby was beautiful. The hotel sits on top of a vast food court below and shopping mall. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Everything was so convenient. We will stay there again if we ever return.

Fantastic. Perfect location to walk to palace, Canal, Tower, shopping etc. all our meetings spots for tours booked were short walk. Hotel was fabulous. Recommend to anyone and would stay here anytime in Seoul.
