Minimalist room design, complete facilities and amenities; big swimming pool, bar & restaurant, convenient store inside the hotel, even barber shop is available. Good breakfast, helpful staffs, free parking, quick check-in & check-out. A very good hotel overall and value for money.

Solo stay

There is really not a lot of reasons to stay at this hotel. The water pressure is terrible and most of the time the water is scalding hot unless you let it run for several minutes in the sink. I ordered a bucket of ice to the room and they informed me that the cost is 20 dirhams ($5.45 USD). After almost an hour it did not come. I called and asked again. they again informed me of the cost. I offered no objection but still no ice after another 15 minutes. I went to the desk and asked them and they called room service and they told me that there was a charge...I said that I will pay just as I had on other nights. I went down a 2nd time and made a 4th request and for the 4th time they mentioned the price. after one and a half hours the ice was delivered and I was informed that I must pay. He said that while seeing me standing in the doorway with cash in my hand. There are many other things but it can be summed up with this...they don't seem to care and they don't think their guests can afford $5 for ice...so they just don't bring it.
