Great We enjoyed the hotel and found the staff to be welcoming and helpful! The location was fairly near to the attractions which we liked. We were happy to receive a free upgrade in our room.
The only thing I would say that didn’t make it perfect was that the bed was too firm for our backs and the pillows could have been a bit more supportive. The breakfast gave good options and the service there was excellent!

Fantastic This is such a great boutique hotel. The suite we got was huge and had a dining room enough for 4 people, along with a kitchen stocked with silverware, plates, etc. I'm sure if you need anything else to whip up a meal, they would get it for you.
Also, shoutout to the front of house staff. Particularly, Eddie, who was new when we arrived, but helped us check-in like a pro. The elevator was out when we checked out and he was so helpful in getting out luggage down four flights of stairs, especially after our key was shut off and he had to run up and down a few times to get a master key, and then helped us down with all of our luggage. And he speaks 4 or 5 languages. They are very lucky to have him.
Also, we didn't get her name, but the girl with the very curly hair who normally works 2:30 - 10:30. She was so wonderful and friendly and engaging. They are very lucky to have her as well.
If we ever make it back to Vienna, we'll definitely stay here. The location was perfect. One block from the subway, one block from the Opera House, one block from the very tourist area. So well located. All in all, this location made our visit to Vienna really wonderful.

We were stunned to fi d that it was basically an apartment with dining room, bar, kitchen, living room, very spacious bathroom and separate nook (no door for fellow travelers/children) with 2 additional bed. AC worked very well. Overall a beautiful and comfortable stay

The property exceeded expectations. It was like living in a palace with excellent amenities. On top, ts location is great for anyone who wants to explore Vienna without driving long distances. Highly recommended.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Breakfasr had options for every tastebandbmade our start easier. It was an excellent stay!

I feel bad only giving it 3 stars because the staff was very nice, but the beds, linens and A/C were not good. The breakfast was ok, but I had come from lager hotels before our stay here that had amazing food and this was pretty small spread. Very clean and large room, reasonable price and good location. As I mentioned, the staff was great.
