Safe and affirdable place to stay in Cebu.

The hotel is centrally located, however the address listed on Expedia is incorrect. The first room with two beds we stayed wasn’t great and the bathroom had issues. We were charged for a room although we called ahead of time to advise the hotel we would return in a day and to keep our remaining luggage in the lobby. It’s not a big deal as the hotel is reasonably priced and upon our return we paid for the unused room and were provided a nicer room for the rest of our stay. The security guard and hotel staff were helpful and overall friendly. The road in front of the hotel isn’t the nicest but really conveniently located between the Business District Mall and downtown. You can walk to both or catch a Jeepney.

The workers on the porperty overall were super helpful and nice. The property is what you would expect for what you are paying for nothing fancy just the basics.. abiut 20 channels and the tv who constantly repeated the same shows for the 5 days i was there.. the sorrounding area is ok to walk during the day but at night i would not recommend overall a very basic stay.

The place was over-all good however, the TV has very limited channels and usually does not have good service. Some channels just shows black screen with audio. Staff was great and place was very clean and accessible

A new property. Very clean and comfortable. 300 peso by Grab from the airport. Short walk to a big shopping mall/food court.
