The air conditioning went out. There were only 2 elevators, and one of them was out of order. It was a very very inconvenient time staying there.😌

This is a great property in Chicago. It's connection to Self-Service parking is very convenient, but there is not a lot of space on the street to check in before parking. It's a quick walk to Michigan Ave. The rooms are small but have everything you need for sleeping and showering. There are several steps up from the front door to the front desk, so if you need ADA help, you may need to check with the property if you need help. The breakfast is great. I would definitely consider staying at this property in the future.

decent value for the price & location, although the air conditioning in the lobby and breakfast area was in disrepair on a 90 F day, so a bit hot and muggy at breakfast time.
