Smooth check in and out, very friendly front desk staff! Room was clean but lacking in amenities, you need to call housekeeping to get toothbrushes and toothpaste. One thing that makes me furious is that ,they tried to charge my bank account for minibar consuming, but I didnā€™t consume any of it. I called the front desk after I got notification from my bank, the staff who answered the phone was helpful, but hopefully she will pass my issue to account department to fix the bill. The hotel should provide a list of minibar items and quantities for the guests to check if thereā€™s any missing to avoid inaccurate charges.

Itā€™s very good experience from arrival until leaving the hotel except some road noise which can be heard inside the room and for the mini bar which is never be restocked except when requested. Even that need to be requested two or more times.

Worth the extra fee to get the view of the Opera House. Good bar drinks. Excellent service and wonderful rooms and convenient to tourist areas without being crowded (though we stayed in June which is fall)

Overall the hotel was really clean and staff was friendly. It was nice having USB plugs in the outlets for charging. The food we ordered was good and the restaurant downstairs was nice both for breakfast and dinner. Our room had some issues like the shower door not closing all the way so water puddled on the floor every time we took a shower, and we had to wait a couple minutes to get cold water from the sink faucet. ( That seemed strange) The pillows seemed puffy, but squished down to nothing almost instantly.

Fantastic location and walking distance from many attractions, restaurants, shopping. Beatrice at check in was spectacular and showered us with kind attention after a 15 hours flight - a much needed pampering that made a huge impression!

It was magical and the views were amazing. The room was big and extremely clean. The staff members were fantastic from the moment we walked through the door everyone was very helpful. Lounge 32 was amazing in everyway possible. It was my partners birthday and they surprised us with a birthday cake and card which was a lovely touch. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back.
