My son and I stayed in Melbourne for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were very pleased that we upgraded from a twin bedroom to a two-bedroom apartment, as it provided plenty of space for us to relax and spread out. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The location was excellent, and the price was very reasonable for what was offered. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others visiting Melbourne.

Very easy access from public transport. Polite and efficient staff to welcome us and it was so nice to have actual humans to speak to at a front desk. The room was very nice and clean. I think it was a wonderful choice and would highly recommend staying here. Thankyou

Rooms are perfect, Facility is well maintained, right in the heart of the city yet quiet and unobtrusive. Pool area is A1 and accessibility is first rate. The beds are so comfy. This is a really great hotel.

We had a lovely one night stay at the Citadines recently. We upgraded at the last minute and stayed in a one bedroom apartment. It was so spacious and comfortable. We love the location of Citadines and find it very reasonably priced. We will definately stay again.

Stayed with family

Well located and previously good but looking like a good steam clean of the carpets and tiles was due since our visit last year. A tissue sat on the ground near the lifts from Friday afternoon until Monday evening which didn’t set a good image.Though the staff were lovely and very helpful.
