Absolutely incredible stay from start to finish. The resort itself was stunning — beautifully maintained, relaxing atmosphere, amazing facilities, and the service was first class the entire time. Every staff member made us feel genuinely welcome and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention has to go to Jap at the Beast & Butterfly Cocktail Bar. His service, personality, and attention to detail completely elevated our experience. The cocktails were exceptional, and Jap created such a great vibe every night we visited. Friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what he does — he’s an absolute asset to the resort. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxury getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Really good service and friendly staff. We stayed for 6 nights which was enough to do all the activities and relax. Nice pool and kids friendly. We stayed at the sun-kissed rooms which were reasonably priced but without balcony. Room Upgrades were a little expensive. Convenient access to mall and shops outside
