屋上に露天風呂とサウナがあり、とても快適です。和風の朝ごはんが準備されており納豆や生卵も食べる事ができ食事面でも充実しています。

Extremely polite staff, very helpful in all regards, great amenities and clean facilities. While the room itself was a little older it did not lack anything. The location is also nicely embedded in the old town.

スタッフはとても良い方々でした。 ロケーションもベトナムを十分に感じられる位置にあります。徒歩圏内にロッテリアもあります。 お湯が一回50リットルしか供給されないので、急いでシャワーされた方がいいです！

部屋には冷房だけのエアコンが多いホテルの中、東屋さんは冷暖房のエアコンだったので、寒い時期のハノイでは助かりました。屋上に露天風呂もあり、疲れを癒せます。特にスタッフの方々は、私たちの急な｢ハロン湾ツアー｣の要望にも笑顔で探してくださり、思い出を残すことが出来ました。次回も東屋さんでお願いしたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

Fantastic
冷房しか設備されてないホテルが多い中、冷暖房あり。部屋の広さ、清潔さ、お風呂もゆったり。日本人だけでなく、外国人の方でも日本のおもてなしを実感していただけるホテルだと思います。ウォッシュレットトイレの設備でホテル選択の決めてになりました。

ホテルは周辺にレストランなどが多く、立地はとても便利だと思います。ノイバイ空港からはGrabタクシーでおよそ50分弱、料金は日本円で約2,500円でした。 ホテルは大通りに面していないため、窓を閉めれば室内はかなり静かです。スタッフの方々も非常に親切で、英語と日本語の両方で対応してくださるので、わからないことがあっても安心して相談できます。 今回は滞在中、屋上の露天風呂を利用する時間が取れなかったのが残念でしたが、次回宿泊する際にはぜひ利用してみたいと思っています。
