Fantastic
Great stay at the Sheraton Taipei. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near Ximending and public transportation. Friendly staff, excellent service, and a great base for exploring Taipei. Would stay again.

Impossible to eat at any of the 9 restaurants due to full booking every night. Claimed at the front desk at check in that gym was 24 hours but was not.

We stayed at the older wing. The rooms were awful, worse than a cheap motel tbh. The decors are extremely outdated and the carpet very dirty and the whole room is damp and smells of mildew. My allergy started acting up the minute I got into that room. The room was also very small. The only thing they did to remediate is bringing a dehumidifier….theres no breakfast included the buffet and all the restaurants are extremely hard to get into. The location is excellent but u r better off staying elsewhere. This place is way over rated

1st Lil Miss Sherlyda and Hank great job! They were stars helping us out! The room was spotless, the staff fabulous, the resturants spot on. Pizza especially..Bidet, oh ya! Shower great pressure. If this in close to your budget, stay here. Book it now! Dont pay extra anywhere else. Youre gunna like this place. Oh did I mention maybe 20 steps to the.
