Our stay at the Omni was unforgettable! We were so excited to find out that the Iraq National Team was staying at the hotel as well. It created such an incredible atmosphere, and it was a real treat to meet and greet some of the team during our stay. With security throughout the hotel, we felt extremely safe while still enjoying all the excitement surrounding the team’s visit. The staff handled everything professionally, making the experience seamless for all guests. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better—it’s right in the heart of everything! From entertainment and attractions to an amazing selection of restaurants within walking distance, we never ran out of things to do or places to enjoy. This was so much more than just a hotel stay—it became a memorable part of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great spot in the city close to all what the travelers want. Safe place to stay in

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and waiter very friendly. There is a very nice bar and drinks were very good.

These guys bend over backwards to make guests feel like guests. It is good to know that a famous hotel with a reputation for hospitality is maintaining that tradition. Everyone from the parking staff at the front of the hotel to the front desk to the inside workers went out of their way to make us feel welcome. That effort was seen and appreciated.

Room was clean, bed was comfy. View was horrible. You roll the dice at this (attractive, great public spaces) building because many of the rooms simple face other walls of the building, making the rooms incredibly dark (even if you want the blinds open, which is a privacy issue for the windows across the way)

We stayed for 3 nights and were automatically upgraded to a king bedroom suite. The customer service is exceptional and we were treated with courtesy, kindness and professionalism throughout our stay. The bar has an extensive menu and we sampled the fish chowder which was delicious. The decor and room standard is very good and the whole experience made our stay an absolute pleasure. We will definitely return in the not too distant future.

Loved this hotel! It was centrally located in front of the light rail and a few minutes walk to St. Lawrence Market, Hockey Hall of Fame, and more. Staff was lovely and the rooms were delightful.
