Stayed with family

Carpets in the elevator were dirty. The air in the hallway and room has some stingy smell. The bathroom had no air exhaust and was very smelly. The bed was comfortable and the lighting in the room was pleasant.

Cloth napkins and utensils for later breakfast diners would be nice. Keeping water container in lobby better filled throughout the day would be appreciated. Overall, good stay and good location. Bed and pillows were great!

100% satisfied. I was a little worried from some of the reviews, but very happy I stayed here. Staff, location to both el station and downtown Evanston, we had a great view of the city and great price.
