For business

I had a pleasant check-in experience, and the hotel itself is very nice overall. However, it did feel like there was a strong push to pay for early check-in, otherwise rooms weren't readily available. The shuttle service was a mixed experience. One driver came across as quite unfriendly and seemed unhappy, which made for an unpleasant ride. On the other hand, another driver, who wore a turban, was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. The difference in customer service between the two was remarkable. Overall, it's a great place to stay, but more consistent customer service from the shuttle staff would make the experience even better.

Staff was very helpful in recommending dining and tour stops. Front concierge was friendly and helped arrange our transportation. Gift shop sales lady was so kind and helpful with solutions to my phone issues.

I saw bed bugs in the bed and I complained to the receptionist in the morning. I couldn’t take a picture as it quickly disappeared into the sheets and the duvet. Most unpleasant experience. Never ever going to stay in this hotel.

7 nights and peaceful stay in this hotel. I love quiet place and having a very good sleep every night that’s good enough to recharge energy from every day activities and adventures. Breakfast are great too! Very accessible and cheap uber rides 👍

Generally okay but dated and ugliest carpets in the world. First time in 50 years of travel I have been charged for parking at a hotel; 27$$$. Took 3 asks to understand how to pay if you don't want another stupid app on your phone
