Below average
Pros: - Decent pool area with bar nearby - Consistent breakfast Cons: - Water cut out on one of the days (staff weren’t apologetic when we flagged this) - Several cockroaches found in our shower area (even after staff were sent to clean area) - General lack of friendliness and taking of responsibility from hotel staff (apart from those cleaning the rooms) - Poolside bar is very expensive (£16 GBP for 2 beers)

There is nothing wrong with this hotel: The rooms are adequate; the pool is decent (although crowded); the breakfast is good... but what really stands out is the coldness and unhelpfulness of the reception staff. No greetings when you enter or leave the hotel; when you ask for information, they just give you a brochure (with the most expensive option, rather than the most useful), and are generally uninterested in their customers. Never a smile or a kind word; you wonder why these people went into the hospitality business. It is a pity, as it made us not enjoy your stay there at all.

We had a great stay at Puding Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a good variety of options. The staff were friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring the Old Town. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great location and hotel. Stayed here twice now. My only reason for not giving this full marks is the slightly bland breakfast, which is typically Turkish and missing some of the basics that you might find in other hotels such as sausages, bacon etc. Otherwise, a great hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Room electrics need a serious revamp. We had to move rooms due to flickering lights. Second room was not much better the main light was not working despite several requests to have it mended. Also the hairdryer caught fire…. Not a good experience. Otherwise room was comfortable. Staff were a little disinterested and the staffing around the pool was non existent. There was a pool bar but it was badly stocked and unattended so you had to go into the restaurants for drinks. Breakfast was unimaginative. Hotel was was very well located for harbour and old town
