Brilliant place to stay for a group. Our family room was really spacious with plenty of space for everyone, and the bathroom was a great size too. Perfect location for getting out and exploring Manhattan. Would definitely stay again!

Largest space I ever stayed in New York. Very spacious and clean. It felt like an apartment than hotel: if you are looking for fancy this is not your place. It’s clean and has lots of space. Worth the money. The lobby needs to improve, it felt like a diner than a hotel lobby. But if you are looking for just a place to stay, forget the lobby.

AC does not work properly. Our room would not go below 75 degrees and when it’s already hot and extremely humid outside it made the room quite stuffy and uncomfortable. Six people taking showers did not help. However, the stay was close to Madison Square Garden which was ideal. The cost was great. The beds were comfy. The staff was pleasant and the woman who cleaned our room was accommodating and wonderful! The mini fridge was amazing- actually froze the water a bit even! Nice to have an exceptionally cold drink when it was hot out! The room itself was fine but could have used a bit of “fixing up”. The light fixture above the bed was broken and the wallpaper had started to peel. It’s by no means rundown but needs a little TLC. This obviously did not impact our stay negatively just an observation. Ultimately, I would stay here again, but would need a fan.
