Extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially concierge team. Efficient private car booking, complimentary diverse breakfast, and warm welcoming door service.
Cleanliness
Rooms consistently maintained as clean and spacious. Massive comfortable beds with soft sheets, separate bathtubs, and good city views provided.
Atmosphere & facilities
Well-equipped gym with boxing ring, nice swimming pool, and relaxing sauna. Modern duplex rooms offer great space, comfort, and excellent value.

S31 Sukhumvit exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful — nothing was ever too much trouble. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering a peaceful retreat after busy days out. Everything worked perfectly and the attention to detail throughout the property really stood out. A special mention has to go to the breakfast, which was absolutely amazing. The variety and quality were outstanding, with fresh options and delicious dishes to suit every taste. It was the perfect way to start each morning and easily one of the highlights of my stay. The location was convenient and the overall atmosphere was relaxed yet professional. I couldn’t fault a single thing during my time here. I would highly recommend S31 to anyone visiting Bangkok, whether for business or leisure. I can’t wait to return on my next trip. A truly excellent experience from start to finish — five stars well deserved!

The hotel and the people who work there are wonderful. The staff is kind and helpful. The room was really beautiful and the bed was huge and so nice and comfortable. The lighting in the room was just okay and in the bathroom, you couldn't even see yourself in the mirror. Things were clean, and the price was reasonable.

Hotel with great location but it is very old — aircon of rooms had loud sound throughout, i checked out immediately and booked another hotel as the price point is not that far off from better hotels nearby. Definitely not 5 stars in 2026's expectations
