Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Money
We checked in around 1:00 in the afternoon, and from the moment we entered the room, it was a huge disappointment. The room was in terrible condition—unclean, poorly maintained, and lacked even the most basic essentials like toilet paper, towels, and toiletries.
We were told the missing items would be provided later, but instead of getting everything at once, staff kept knocking on our door every hour delivering things one by one. It was disruptive and made it impossible to get any rest. To make things worse, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful throughout our short stay.
The experience was so bad that we felt forced to check out early. We lost over $300 +and got nothing close to what was promised. This was by far one of the worst stays we’ve ever had.
Avoid this place at all costs.
