Fantastic

It's a nice area that's walking distance to the main roads and visitor centre. The staff was friendly and the room was pretty spacious. There's also a fruit water station right at the entrance and sometimes snacks as well! Best of all, the AC in the room was amazing! It was a real game changer given this summer's heat wave.

Very clean spacious room (superior studio). It was on the first floor. Unfortunately couldn’t really use the terrace due to building works ongoing at property opposite. Breakfast was satisfactory. The lady working in the breakfast room was lovely. Really friendly and helpful. The location of the property is excellent. Within a ten minute walk we were in the main areas of Aix-En-Provence. Close enough to everything that’s going on, but avoiding all the noise of it. Really useful to have onsite parking (paid). Lovely pool to relax in after a day of sightseeing.

TV didn’t work in the first room so we were moved to a second room. DW didn’t work in second room so we washed dishes each day. Room had an inadequate supply of bathroom tissue for a stay of over one week without daily replenishment and front desk staff seemed unaware of where to find additional supplies. But most irritating of all was being billed for the full booking despite providing several days notice of our intention to check out one day early. Requests for a partial refund at checkout were met with deceptive information.

Loved our stay here. Well located, a 15 minute walk to town Centre and restaurants and activities. We would like to return.

Solo stay

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was good and served the purpose. When looking closer there were cosmetic items that could be improved but didn’t affect the use of the room. (Poorly patched walls, trim not finished) Easy walk to the town center and attractions as well as proximity to train station.

The location of this hotel is amazing. So close to the bus station, close to downtown. The hotel is also very clean and chic and the breakfast is also good. Overall I will definitely come back and recommend this place to others. It’s also unbelievable how quiet it is even though it’s close to the centre of the action during Christmas

Great pool area and walkable to everything. Friendly staff. The only downside was getting to breakfast with galf an hour to go, no eggs or pastries and still being charged full price

Staff were nice. But the hotel is under construction. Someone was cutting through metal and steal at 8am as I woke and 10:30am during a business call. I chose this hotel for the space because I needed to work but the construction noise immediately outside my hotel room was so loud I left. There’s no carpet in the hallways. Then, they filled with dust and construction smoke and I became quite angry as my young child was with me and should not be breathing construction dust. Other things lacked as well. For example, in place of room service or even snacks there is a vending machine. But it was empty except for M&Ms. The hotel should not be accepting guests in current condition.
