Solo stay

The Room is nice and clean, breakfast doesn’t have many options. Only issue is having a neighbor smoking weed and the smell enters my room. Breakfast lady very friendly.

First room reeked of chain smoking. Staff was nice, got us a different room. Still a general smoky smell but better than the first. Otherwise stay was fine considering the neighborhood

Stayed with friends · For friends and family

The Breakfast was NOT as it was described in the hotels.com app. Our room had a giant board over the only window. We could hear every neighbor in the surrounding rooms. The beds creaked with every single movement made, such as rolling over, getting up out of bed. the air conditioner/fan was VERY loud. I will say the bathroom was very clean.

My sheets were bloody. I told housekeeping and they gave me sheets to change the sheets myself. No one ever came to change the trash, to get the bloody sheets , or to even bring new towels. I was responsible for all of this. Room also smelled of smoke.

Had to change rooms because of the smell. The sitting chair was very uncomfortable. I will not be staying here again

Really outdated property. My room is smelly, blankets and sheets were not comfortable. Shower had hairs all in it and my HVAC system air conditioner and the heater did not work so I could not sleep last night because my room was excessively hot. I will never go back to that place it was gross.
