Good
Suitable location near historic sites. Staff were friendly and helpful. The corridors had an unpleasant smell, the towels too. I’d rate it 3 stars maximum as a property overall. Also the pictures of it shown on the application reflect luxury while the truth says otherwise.

Stayed with family · For friends and family

Lovely hotel. The place is spotless from the minute you walk into check in was quick and shown to your room. Comfortable beds, shower gel shampoo ect all there would definitely stay again. Only criticism would be they need soft close on toilet and the doors . We only got 3 hours sleep the night we have to be up for a flight as people in the r hall laughing knocking banging doors for hours. I did call down and staff did come up and address it but because all doors not soft close the banging continues . Great location to all you would want to see
