Property was stunning and spotless. Staff was extremely well trained, attentive and courteous. I hadn’t stayed at a Mandarin Oriental before Bangkok, but will absolutely check them out in other cities I visit.

The hotel’s complimentary shuttle boat was not only a convenient way to get around, but also one of the highlights of our stay. Our daughter absolutely loved riding it, and it made visiting ICONSIAM quick and easy. The river view from our room was especially stunning at night, with the sparkling city lights and beautifully illuminated boats creating a magical atmosphere. As a family traveling with a young child, we also appreciated being able to relax in our room and enjoy room service while taking in the beautiful view. It made our stay even more memorable.
