The staff was wonderful. From check-in to check-out. We had an issue with our first room and they were incredibly accommodating without a single question. Elizabeth who took care of us all afternoon at the roof top bar while watching the World Cup was a treasure. So enjoyed all of it!

This is our third or fourth time staying here we come in once a year and always stay here because of its great location especially if you enjoy the village,soho, Murray hill etc... Hotel is always immaculate and staff are friendly. If you like bagels the place next door has the best bagels, spreads, & muffins and there’s always a line out the door .. We always make sure to stop in at least one time during our stay and enjoy one.
