FantasticSolo stay
I am a solo traveler and this is my first time staying in a hostel. It was so beautiful and comfortable and I felt very safe. The staff was incredibly helpful. And the location was fabulous as it’s in the middle of downtown so I could walk everywhere. Will definitely stay there again when I go back to Jackson!!

Great location in town. Everybody was friendly, and I had no issues. By and large everybody respected the quiet times for the bunks which made the experience very pleasant.

FantasticStayed with family
Cache House was clean with nice amenities. The bunks are large with comfortable beds and curtains. Towels and linens were provided, and each bunk had a small fan, charging station, and light. Storage was available under the bunk and as a locker. The bathrooms were both just toilet and shower-toilet-sink options, which meant there was almost never a wait. The showers included toiletries. The only downside was that with so many people using the showers, the floors were quite wet and other guests did not clean up the shower rooms after use.
Free morning coffee was an added perk and greatly appreciated!

Great, quiet and clean environment. Only complaint was the locker we were given was broken, told the maintenance about it but nothing was done to accommodate or fix the issue.

This was my first time in a hostel and I really liked. the sleeping area is just the right amount of privacy and security to sleep comfortably- and the beds are sooo good!
The shared bathrooms were super clean and many availible-not waiting. There is no public kitchen but they offer free coffee at the reception and there are plenty of restaurants around. The "livingroom area" has plenty of seating options. No TV and No music but I think that was good for those sleeping.
Quiet and respectful guests! No issues at all and the best affordable place to stay in Jackson!! yes I recommend!

Not for everyone but perfect for a night to sleep after a day of adventures. No TV in room. Private bathrooms are down the hall You get a locker and drawer that lock. Other guests were nice and accommodating. No problems with anyone bothering others. Definitely different than a typical hotel but an interesting experience and I met people from all over. Walking distance to Town Square, shops, restaurants, church. Cowboy Coffee is like 2 blocks away and so worth getting there when they open at 6am. No access to fridge or microwave but staff will store food for you at front desk. Locked door to building and shared common area. I would stay here again!
