客室・スタッフ様は非常に良いと感じました。１つだけ指摘事項を言うのであれば、最上階のお風呂の周り（赤色部分に足跡（靴の））が付いており気持ちが悪かったです。

客室はリニューアルされたとの事で、とても綺麗でした。一つ残念だったのは、急に暖かくなった日の宿泊で部屋が暑かったがエアコンの温度調節ができず、部屋に備えてある扇風機を使おうとしましたが、適切な場所にコンセントがなく困りました。せめて延長コードがあると助かるなぁと思いました。 各フロアにあるウォーターサーバーで飲料水がいつでも飲めるのはありがたいです。スタッフの方々も丁寧な対応で、食事もスタンダードな会席料理という事でしたが彩りも美しく、豪華で、美味しく頂きました。とても気持ち良く滞在できたので、又利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。
