Great

Solo stay

The hotel is hugely overpriced for what it is. The pool area and restaurant/bar are nice but the rooms are tired with old, rough towels and very minimal AC. Nothing really in the way of luxury amenities which is a shame for the price. I would wait up to 10 mins to be able to get in a lift from the 6th floor to the lobby, with barely any AC in the corridor. While I stayed there it was noisy from an event in the nearby park, the maid service pretty much barged into my room when I said I didn’t need them to come in and the amount of time waiting for the tiny elevators was pretty bad More needs to be offered for this kind of price

Fantastic

This was our favorite stay in Portugal. I will start by saying, if you dont enjoy kids, don't stay here. This is a family property. We are retirees who actually enjoy hearing kids play; others don't. This was the perfect location for us. The ocean before you, a short walk to town, beauty all around. The included breakfast was great! We enjoyed the pool and everything else about this property. Highly recommend.

Travelled with a toddler and he loved it. Great breakfast, cordial staff and nice hotel altogether. It’s very close to the marina and downtown Cascais. I hope to go back!

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff a bit rough around the edges, seemed that many of them were new. Ideally located for visiting Cascais, short walk to town and beaches. Breakfast buffet was outstanding, many choices. Left the balcony door open at night so we could hear the ocean and enjoy the breeze. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic
Property is a few miles from downtown Lisbon and transport is required to get around. The hotel itself is very attractive with a park-like setting and a pool.

Solo stay

The hotel is very clean and did the job I enjoyed my stay overall. The bedrooms are massive I slept well as the bed was comfortable enough but are really ready for a makeover as the furniture is dated and the bathroom needs some attention especially the bath with it's stained tub and grubby grouting

The room was big, generous spacious, but it lacks a lot of amenities, simple things like tissue paper boxes were not there, and the amenities in the washroom were very, very basic. The property pool and green space were very well maintained. It’s very close to city center. Just a walk away to the seaside. It’s also walking distance to the Marina, where lots of food options are available. Very good quality restaurants overall very good. Just the lack of amenities in the room were making me to give less stars

Fantastic

Stayed with kids

We loved our 3 night stay here! The staff were helpful and great with my daughter. The room was large and clean. Parking was just outside the door. Fabulous included breakfast and the character visits were a big hit for my child! We loved swimming in the pool and the man at the kids club area was friendly and made balloon animals for her. We would recommend this hotel for families with kids as the location is beautiful and it's walkable to the city centre.
