Pool area very outdated and uninspiring. One night of no hot water but fixed the next day. Transport minibus with loud exhaust idling for 2 hours outside my window

They not even providing linen napkins in bathrooms. Only 2 big towels are available for use. Lifts are 2 slow. Cleaning must be imrove. Breakfasts are good variety.

It’s terrible because they can’t speak English and coominication is very hard. I have to wait for the manager to explain myself because I have problem. There is no microwave and plates to use. I don’t think that hotel is terrible nothing in there! Don’t want to come back there.
