Fantastic

Stayed with kids

The staff here were exceptional. Every detail was attended to - they greeted us promptly, helped with directions, held our bags all day and made everything easy. Even greeted with a bottle of wine and.thoughtful note. The location. Is perfect - close to the underground and everywhere we wanted to sightsee. We will return!

Solo stay

Ideally located, clean and stylish, I was so happy with this hotel. Despite being in a busy area, the rooms were quiet, and the climate control system was excellent. Very helpful to have the kitchenette.

I was ready to give 5 stars before i even arrived because of how wonderful the staff is! Everything was perfect including the location although no car access which isn’t a big deal because public transportation is close ish. Highly recommend!

First time to London? Book this hotel you will not go wrong. Just book early for best rates. Staff was so friendly and outstanding. We went to Paris few days and came back and they held all the bags for us! We will return!
