Check in process is a bit vague without explanation that someone needs to give you the key and meet you. While I have specified what time is my supposed to be flight arrival, they haven't mentioned when to meet. We needed to wait longer after a long flight. Check out process was much better. I had to communicate in advance about check out time and they came promptly.

My whole experience was great! Check in was quick the host was responsive to my every needs. Room was clean and made up during my stay. Location is great, a lot of shopping and restaurants in the general area. I will certainly book again in the near future!

Locating the hotel proved to be a bit challenging, but after circling the area four times, I successfully arrived. The room was well-maintained and offered a pleasant view. Witnessing the Manila sunrise from my room was truly a delight. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to shopping facilities was convenient. The staff members were exceptional, with Jobert standing out for his helpfulness.

The property was exactly as described. The room was very clean, the staff was welcoming, and although we overslept our check out time the host was gracious to give us enough time to pack and leave without an issue. Oh, and the view is great as it overlooks the canal! I’ll definitely stay there again if I’m in the area!

The room was great, it was very clean! Had a great view of the Venice Mall. Within walking distance of the mall and all around it. The buses to BGC were right outside. I would recommend this room and host, very nice staff, very accommodating

Clean, shops and restaurants very close, our room, 12C, had a nice view. I just wish they had a shelf for shampoo, co dictionary, and body wash. There was one but just enough for a soap.
