Bedsheet was so dirty with stain and the room so dusty as well.But Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pool had green water, not much within walking distance (had to take Grab everywhere), room was large and well stocked but they don’t provide water daily as nearly all hotels in Chiang Mai do.

Internet bad. Breakfast worse , don't spend the extra cash. Go to 7/11 it's around the corner. Good pool. Down load the Grab or Bolt app to get around 33$ a night, what you expect
