Radiator faulty so heating blasting out of room when it was 23 degrees outside. We communicated with the recpetionist who said a technician would be round to fix, it was unresolved. Was told he would come back with a part, to be told later they actually meant "if he was in the area). We were given a top floor flat with young children, had no choice to open all windows, very insage as no guards. We communicated with manager but no resolution, lack of customet car, was told the receptionist was temporary. No compensation given. Would nont recommend as alternative accomodation in another hotel should have offered or urgency to fix the problem. Acted like they couldn't care less. Was told if it was such a problem we would have left - not with young children and the cost of accomodation last minute in Paris! Highly regret booking. Also check in was extremely lengthy

The apartment is nice but small. Definitely for just a couple. There was construction on the outside of the building so there wasn't much privacy. Communication with the place was complicated, one of our griloup is deaf and couldn't comunicate with no one, since the only contact is a phone number to a call center, and the number you don't know until you reach the building. The lobby was closed for all of our stay

Fantastic
HotelHome Paris 16 is in a great quiet neighborhood. The apartment was clean and spacious. They were very accommodating storing our luggage since we arrived in the morning and check in was in the afternoon.

Beautiful, charming, old hotel that looks like it used to be an apartment. The rating is primarily due to the customer service. They have very strange reception desk hours and they will just change whenever they feel like it. Checkin time is really late at 4pm. We arrived around 2:30 and they wanted to charge us 15 euros just to hold our luggage for an hour. We felt nickel and dimed. Also, checkout is earlier than most hotels at 11am and they aren’t flexible. If they change their customer service, the place would have a lot of potential.

Great
The property while nice, was not what was advertised. Four people would have been quite a squeeze, there was no way any more could have stayed in that apartment.

Excellente localisation.

( Stayed in a twin suite ) Perfect Hotel for families wanting to visit Paris with the ability to cook themselves and have spacious rooms. This hotel is in a perfect location with a metro station less than five minutes walk away and a French bakery and supermarket within one minutes walk. Within the room the kitchen is very small but still, you have enough space to do basic cooking as it’s equipped with a microwave, sink, hobs and most importantly a dishwasher ( this is good because in most hotels you have to wash manually ). The bathroom is ok as when I checked in the drain would not open and was blocking the sink, but nevertheless good. Equipped with a hair dryer and shampoos , it is good enough for a short stay. The room had lots of plugpoints ( for european plugs ) but the flooring in the first room ( living room / bedroom with sofa bed ) was a bit slippery generally. Other than a few issues though, a very good hotel.
