The hotel is located in central yilan city and close to public transit. Staffs are nice. But the e cleaners is a big concern. There are mold everywhere on floor, ceiling, bathroom and tiles are all covered by mold. Very depressing staining in the room. The facility is old which is fine , but the cleaners need to be improved

The hotel is in a good location . The facility overall just lock of update . The room’s size is big enough , but the carpet is so old and looks dirty , super uncomfortable when your walk bear feet on it. The air condition does not work consistently . And bath room and shower room is not clean .

Other than old sign of property , staff is friendly & helpful. Location wise , walking distance from yilan train station & night market is just opp of the hotel. If you want fast food option , MacDonald is just right beside the hotel.

Staff was helpful. Hotel is close to the train station and is near a night market. You can't flush toilet paper and there isn't a bidet/bum gun, so you have to get your room cleaned every day since you have to put toilet paper in the trash can.
