The entire hotel is shoe free, Hotel provides shoes locker and slipper for the entire stay. Nice onsen, great dinner very reasonable price.

The facilities were not totally bad, but I did not want to get my shoes off at entrance (if we had to do that, we wanted the slipper there, not in our room.)

The customer service was great but I won't go back to this hotel... The wall paper was disgusting. It must be smoking room before. It was yellowish and dirty with nicotine stains. We also didn't like their mattress. It was very hard and not comfortable at all. It's time to renovate the hotel.
