very clean and renovated. Enjoyed the hot spring tub. Nice stay. close to train station and food vendors. Didn't provide shampoo nor soap for washing hands. Might not be the norm in Taiwan for budget hotels. Very nice hotel though. Breakfast was more for Chinese with congee mostly.

Staff were friendly and warm. Room was maintain at good conditions. Simple breakfast selection and yet at its best. Location is at the heart of streets.
