It was close to everything in the main heart of Kuta Legian. It was a perfect little spot But didn’t like it that every little stain on the sheet you had to pay. they made me pay almost $100nz just for minor blood stain which we took the sheets to laundry mat that’s across the road to get it clean and they were still not satisfied. We had to pay them twice for minor stains blood stain, dirt stains, yet the mattress unsure if there was bed bugs as I was eating alive all up my back side They were really good cleaning the room.

*Toilet paper was never replenished, which is great when you have Bali Belly. *Towels were never available for use during the day, you had to remind staff constantly that you were not given any. *Shower pressure made it near impossible to shower *Freezing cold water. One staff member blamed 'solar power', another stated hot water would not be available until next month due to renovations. No prior notification given so there was no opportunity to change hotels. *Leaking plumbing within room was never fixed within my 2 week stay. *WiFi did not work. *Do not take laundry to the people the hotel use; they lose your clothes, do not refund you or offer an apology.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in Bali. Upon my arrival the shower had no water pressure, the easiest way to describe the shower would be if you had accidentally not turned a tap off all the way and were left with a little dribble. The same problem was encountered with the bathroom sink tap. Besides not having sufficient enough water to shower, there was no hot water. I had spoken to staff who said they would fix the shower but was given the excuse 'we have solar water' as to why the shower was freezing and told to try at a different time. I asked daily for my shower to be fixed. On day 4 I approached another staff member who said yes they will fix it and that 'the got water hasn't worked for 3 weeks and will be out for another 2 weeks'. I was in Bali for 13 days, and I had to have cold showers in my friend's room. The best shower I experienced all trip was provided at the White Water Rafting location. Towels for showering or the pool were a rare commodity. When asking for a towel to shower or the pool we were told no and to wait until later in the evening for a towel. They did not remember to bring the towels, we had to repeatedly go up to reception. Toilet paper was rarer than the towels. Every day I would approach reception and ask for toilet paper. Staff always said they would deliver at a later time. Do the staff not realize you cannot tell someone to wait until the evening to go to the toilet. At one point they offered a piece of tissue. Staff not helpful.

Nice hotel layout, gives a secluded feel. Disappointed about the lack of internet connectivity and severe hot water issue.

The reviews you read about the accomodations are true. Staff are friendly, breakfast is very poor! Not a big selection to choice from (pretty sure the same Indonesian food was there for 3 days straight) Absolutely no hot water, or bathroom soaps! Bed sheets were stained from previous stayers & had the same bed sheets for 8nights (very unhygienic & felt dirty) You get what you pay for I guess. Wouldn't rush back.
