The room was amazing! AC was essential during the heatwave in Madrid at the time. We called the front desk to ask for an iron for our shirts, and they were at our door with it 30 seconds later! Excellent service.

Came to Madrid for a solo weekend and booked this hotel to stay in Las Letras barrio. Couldn’t have asked for more from a hotel in terms of service, cleanliness, hospitality and location. The room was perfect for 1-2 people, clean bathroom with nice items, well decorated and fun. The hotel was right around the corner from cafe central, up the street from flamenco, 10 min walk from all the museums and surrounded by historic tabernas and cervexerias. I would def stay again!!

Good location for sightseeing, shopping and restaurants. Well maintained property with helpful staff. Was very hot even for Madrid and our room air conditioning was not working. Maintenance staff fixed this issue quickly which was certainly appreciated. Next door room guest complained to management that our TV was loud / disturbing them. Very odd as our TV was not set to a high volume setting. I did see some other reviews that mentioned thin walls / sound issues. Our room was quiet with no noise issues. One observation for the hotel owner, describing the room as premium with a balcony is a bit of a stretch. The room was nice but the description gives the impression of a full walk on balcony which is not the case. To better manage expectations maybe more accurate to just profile the room as superior or similar.

Solo stay

I booked the hotel room with a balcony. Very disappointed with the balcony is tiny and standing only. No room for a table with chair. Aside from this, the room was on the small side facing the Main Street downstairs. The breakfast was nothing to write home about but the best part of the hotel is the service of the staff. Excellent front desk personnel and restaurant staff. The room price was on the high side $320 a night.

Regardless if it’s for business or pleasure, I will only stay at the Vincci SoHo while in Madrid. It’s a four star hotel with five star service. The location is phenomenal – walking distance from the Prado and the park! Most importantly, the staff is exceptional! I’ve never been to a hotel as a returning guest where they remember all of the details of my preferences. Sylvia runs a very efficient operation at reception. Diego takes such good care of me during means, I want marry him! 😂 Inma is constantly running gracefully around the property, making sure that everybody is happy. But seriously, I’ve never seen hotel staff have such harmonious synergy.
