The room was in good condition and clean. THe staff are courteous and very helpful. We arrived at 11pm in the evening so there was no shuttle service. We took a taxi to the hotel but it did not cost alot as the hotel is close proximity to the Puerto Princesa Airport. Overall, it is an exceptional Hotel.
