Good Me dieron una habitacion de otro huesped por error y cuando entre a la habitación me impacte porque estaban todas las cosas personales del huesped. Fue muy deaagradable encontrarme en una habitación desordenada y sucia que estaba usando otro huesped.

Fantastic Staff was very helpful. Laundry was available which is nice. Would be nice to have coffee service in the rooms as there were no kettles, coffee/tea or an ice machine on any of the floors.

Good air conditioning and it was very helpful during The Heat wave with 80%+ humidity. Great view of The city. Staff were friendly. Room was clean, but towels were not replaced every day.
Bed was super comfortable. Pillows were a bit flat, but still got a good nights sleep.
Well insulated- did not hear any noise from outside, even though it’s a very busy street corner.
Would come here again.
