the location was fantastic. But the bed was to hard and the shower wasn't very good either. Staff were nice. The room was just a room nothing fancy but did have everything you needed

Excellent location for the Malls and Bangla Road. Good sized room and bathroom all very clean and well appointed. Pool area very tidy and large seating area in shade is welcome. Reception staff incredibly helpful and friendly.

Night shift Staff is Rude and Shouted At Me Water Cutoff at 11pm and not able to rectify till next morning Noisy Upgrading Works Are Carry Out Even On Sunday Breakfast Provided was Pathetic. Service Staff in Cafe are Rude & Poorly Trained Given the choice, this hotel should not be in Expedia for selection. Never return again
