Fantastic
Great location, close to the train station to move around. Good affordable restaurants near by. My rooms was on the 3 floor. They say it's sexond floor there but to us its 3rd floor. Nice 3 bed apt. With everything working conditions. The shower was the only negative thing, its super small and for it big guy its hard to move in there. Other than that the place was great. Good staff, very helpful.

47 Steps was wonderful. The reception woman was extremely helpful. Very short walk from Rome Termini. A word of caution as the name implies there are 47 steps to enter. People with mobility issues probably should find lodging elsewhere. FIVE STARS PLUS ++

This is a great property for young train travellers. It is literally across the road from Rome’s central station. However, it was not clear to me from Expedia’s booking site that there are 47 steps up to the second floor and no elevator, The staff arranged someone to carry my 18 kilo suitcase, but it cost a 5 euro tip on the way up and on the way down. Also, this is a guest house with no food available. There are basic kitchen facilities for the use of guests.

Great base to explore Rome. Right next to the station. Staff were really helpful with advice and kept our luggage on arrival in the morning.
