Fantastic lovely hotel on quiet street close to earls court underground. Rooms are small but clean and have everything you would need. Staff were very helpful. Great value for London. Would stay again.

Very poor room, in the basement with an enclosed view of a ladder, no window just a door that was half locked leading to an internal light shaft.
Breakfast wasn’t great despite what was advertised.
Provided with a double room in spite of requesting a twin room at time of booking. When I rang reception I was told they might be able to do something the next day.
Won’t be returning.

I arrived on a very hot day exhausted with a heavy bag. I have mobility issues so instead of having to go to the next building +more steps for my room they swapped rooms so I could stay in the main building which was a huge relief for me. Such a helpful reception. The room was spacious, clean and a modern design. Had a very comfy bed, easy to control ac which kept the room lovely and cool in this heatwave. Close to tube station which was perfect for me to get to a concert at the Apollo and then next day into the centre of London. Close to lots of lovely restaurants too.

Excellent location to tube, sights, and restaurants. Air conditioning and sound proof walls were excellent. Breakfast was very good. The bathroom is extremely small but clean.

When we arrived for 3 day stay was put into a room 2 block away from main building, had to take lift to basement, room was right next to lift, very tiny No window, door to very small courtyard with sewage pipes, after complaining we were moved to floor 2 in main building, nice room & bathroom but very small, no chair or table/desk to sit at,
Did not book Breakfast but was never asked if we would like it. Room very clean & tidy but very small.
