残念だったのが、Outlet（コンセント）が少なすぎた事です。 ベッドの両側のスタンドにはそれぞれ最低２つのコンセントが完備されているべきです。’ あと机の上にも最低二つのコンセントがあるべきです。 私は今回一人旅でしたのでなんとかなりましたが、二人で部屋を使う人には誠に不自由だと思います。

Great customer services; paid good attention to customer needs. However the property a bit dated and not much facilities for tourists to enjoy like fitness center and executive lounge.

While it was disappointing our room wasn't ready at 11:30 am, ahead of 2 pm check in time. We were surprised with a free upgrade to full suite. Room was sparkling clean.

駐車場の使い勝手が良い（野外駐車場）受付の手間が省けます。　新潟駅には、バスで十分対応出来るので、飲食等は不便は無いです。　今回は、古町を飲食利用要しましたが、穴場スポットと遭遇し大満足でした。　ホテルスタッフさんの対応も親切で大変ありがったです。

Although it's a little far from the station, it was great overall. The room was a bit small, but the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was a wonderful stay.
