Fantastic

Stayed with family

I really enjoyed staying here, the rooms very very spacious and clean. The staff was always so nice and always greeted us with happiness, kindness and respect. It had everything we needed - not to mention the pjs :) we loved staying here it was very comfortable and easy to navigate to. I love the restaurant bar downstairs and the convenience store next door.

Comfy spacious rooms. Kind and attentive staff. Relaxed neighborhood with phenomenal restaurants. Well located right by a main subway line and just across the street from the national garden for morning strolls. Good value for the price point overall.

The room was not like the pictures. Bathroom was not good, had to bend over to use the shower and no counter space at the sink at all and no toilet lid with the toilet constantly running. The AC did not cool the room well at all and the staff were dismissive. Disappointing.
