Below average
Room had mold, no hand soap, wet floors, and a strong odor of urine, smoke, and mold. Staff were helpful for refunding my stay, though. Expedia was much harder to coordinate with, multiple customer service representatives were uncooperative and made many errors. Location is not bad, close to the bund. Air conditioning seemed to malfunction.

Clean room. The property is not accesssible by car so the last 100 m or so, you have to drag your luggage. No restaurant on premises. Location is great though and really close to the Bund.

Rooms were clean, had the basic amenities, they refill water and toilet paper daily, location was very close to the metro station and the bund. The only downside was the internet connection wasn't the best.

Very close to everything and nice staff. Only issue are the famous china walls, they are very thin so you can hear everything but that’s the majority of the places in this country.

Second time to stay in this hotel. Good place to stay at if intended to go to the North Bund or Nanjing Pedestria shopping are. The hotel is through an alley from Ningbo Street, about a 2 minute walke from the Line 2/10 East Nanjing Metro Subway Station exit#6. Building and room a bit dated but clean and provided drinking water and toiletries. Will go back again in the futre for sure if need to be around the same area.
