No fluff staff. Easy self access. Beautiful nature and animals about.
Cld do with a deep clean.
nuts falling on to the roof of the spring room will keep light sleepers awake.
Other than that it was comfortable with all the modern necessities.

During my stay Perth experienced 35-38 degree hot days. A gorgeous, lovely olde world type home (circa1910) but the Air conditioning was intermittent.
The owners were very friendly, the gardens beautiful, and they offer a cooked breakfast to guests from 8:00 - 9:00 am. Iām a night owl and missed brekkie but the B&B is just a few minutes from several cafes located in Kalamunda.

This property was well maintained and very comfortable. Pete and Julia look after the property and their guests very well, without being intrusive. They also cooked us delicious breakfasts. This was a very comfortable, quiet and relaxed stay, out of the city.

Good On arrival I found out that breakfast was 8.00. I spoke to the hosts and said I couldnāt do that but 7.30 would have been ok. No offer was made to make it earlier. In my room I found information that said breakfast could be had earlier if ordered 24 hours in advance. Check in time is too late for that. The next day as I left, a gentleman was having an early breakfast. This was disappointing as I had a conversation about it with the hosts.

Below average Dirty, disappointing and deceptive.
We were booked to stay 8 nights. We left after 2. What a mistake booking here.
Property and room are very tired and dirty.
Expedia listing said gym, laundry, and daily housekeeping. All wrong.
The pool was a mess and the bbq did not work. The condition of the room was disturbing.
Hundreds of dead bugs in the bathtub.
